Helping to make a difference….
Kalla has trained at British School of Osteopathy (BSO) (now the University of Osteopathy (UCO)) and was awarded her degree in 2008 by HRH the Princess Royal, who has been an advocate for the School since 1984.
Before training as an Osteopath, Kalla worked in Law Offices in the City and found her niche in healthcare completely by accident.
Patients are surprised to hear that chronic conditions that have been debilitating and very depressing are often musculo-skeletal in nature and can be significantly improved with only few treatment sessions with me…..honestly! “I will always try to get to the root of the problem!”
Kalla particularly likes the challenge of treating chronic conditions and providing specific rehabilitation which can bring about speedy recovery IF advice is followed!
So much so, Kalla has become very interested in rehabilitation of the neuromuscular system and has a separate program for young and old to re-calibrate the neuromuscular pathways which helps with co-ordination (dyspraxia), balance, speed of movement, strength etc.
Kalla has worked in Northampton for over 10 years now and is very experienced in treating all manner of problems (even if seemingly complicated) and more importantly is still passionate about her work. This is evident by the fact that she is highly regarded by her patients who refer to her on a regular basis.
Kalla is registered with the General Osteopathic Council – click here for details.
Based at St Leonards Road, Far Cotton, Northampton with plenty of parking, Kalla can help to diagnose and treat a range of illnesses, ailments and problems and get you back on your feet.

Ariana came to holistic health because conventional 20th century medicine (allopathy) could not help with her chronic pain and fatigue syndrome labelled, as much as dismissed as, “fibromyalgia”. She completed a medical sciences Masters Degree in Osteopathic Medicine to implement her vision of holistic health. Prior to her reconversion into healthcare, Ariana worked in pressurised office positions. Her experience of stress in the workplace gives her insight on how best to support individuals who wish to balance health goals with their lifestyle. Ariana has continued with her professional development to specialise in the Functional Medicine approach, thus investigating root causes of pain and dysfunction in all areas of our health..
Ariana treats a variety of patients from post-operative hip replacement to ligament laxity in pregnancy, neck nerve impingement and sciatica. She also supports the overall care of chronic conditions (from cerebral palsy to breast cancer, via fibromyalgia and multiple sclerosis) with lifestyle adjustment, nutritional supplementation and manual therapy. She is also thought by athletes for her medical insight into fitness and performance.
