Kalla
Helping to make a difference….

Kalla is a registered Osteopath who trained at the British School of Osteopathy (now the University College of Osteopathy). She was awarded her degree in 2008 by HRH The Princess Royal, a long-standing advocate for the School since 1984.

Before training as an Osteopath, Kalla worked in law offices in the City, discovering her true calling in healthcare quite by accident! Now, after more than 18 years of practice in Northampton, she continues to love what she does and takes pride in helping people move better, feel better, and regain confidence in their bodies.

Kalla often surprises her patients by showing how chronic conditions—sometimes long-standing and emotionally draining—can have a musculoskeletal cause and respond remarkably well to treatment. “I will always try to get to the root of the problem!” she says.

She particularly enjoys the challenge of treating chronic conditions and creating tailored rehabilitation plans that support long-term recovery—especially when patients follow her advice!

Her growing interest in neuromuscular rehabilitation has led her to develop dedicated programs for both children and adults, designed to help recalibrate movement pathways and improve coordination, balance, speed, and strength.

Highly regarded by her patients, Kalla has built a loyal following in Northampton. Her genuine care, experience, and passion for her work shine through in every treatment she provides.

Kalla has worked in Northampton for over 15 years now and is very experienced in treating all manner of problems (even if seemingly complicated)  and more importantly is still passionate about her work.  This is evident by the fact that she is highly regarded by her patients who refer to her on a regular basis.

Lucy

Lucy is a registered Osteopath and Naturopath who loves helping people move and feel their best. She trained at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she received several awards for her skill and dedication to patient care.

Lucy takes a whole-body approach to treatment, looking beyond symptoms to understand what’s really causing them. She considers your overall health, movement habits, and lifestyle demands to create a treatment plan that fits you. Her sessions often include a mix of hands-on techniques—such as joint mobilisation, manipulation, remedial massage, and gentle cranial work—alongside practical advice on diet and lifestyle.

A lifelong learner, Lucy is always building on her knowledge to support her patients in the best way possible. Outside the clinic, she’s a keen runner with a background in yoga and a strong belief in the power of the breath to restore calm and balance—something she brings into her work every day.
